Q: What is the return policy?

A: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. To help verify that the returned item is the original product sent, customers must take clear photos before shipping the item back.

Once the return is received, we will record an unboxing video and inspect the item. If everything is confirmed to be correct, the refund will be issued.

Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the returned package is lost due to improper shipping arrangements made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the loss.

Q: Why do the walnuts I received still look a little dirty?

A: For uncleaned walnuts, it is normal for some fruit skin residue to remain on the surface, and small traces of dark material may still be hidden in the grooves. These will need to be cleaned by the customer after delivery.

For pre-cleaned walnuts, a small amount of loose debris may still remain on the surface or in the grooves. We recommend brushing them carefully, or using a fine tool to clean detailed areas if needed.

Our pre-cleaned walnuts are ready for direct handling, and we ensure that they do not contain hidden defects concealed under residue.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Our shipping process usually takes around 15 days in total and includes three stages:


  • Stage 1: Order Dispatch — Your order will be sent to our forwarding facility within 48 hours after purchase.

  • Stage 2: International Shipping — The package is then shipped internationally to your country’s customs. We do not provide the tracking number for this first international stage. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Stage 3: Local Delivery — After customs clearance, the package is transferred to your local delivery carrier. A second tracking number may be provided for the final delivery stage.

Because this is an international shipment, delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing and local carrier operations.
