Major Defect Policy
Mystery is the look, not the quality.
We do not sell walnut pairs with major defects.
What Counts as a “Major Defect”
Examples include:
A significant crack that compromises the structure
A serious defect that was not disclosed on the product page
A condition mismatch (e.g., listed as “Natural” but clearly repaired)
What Does NOT Count as a Defect
Natural variations in grain, color, or texture
Minor asymmetry typical of natural products
Small marks consistent with natural shells
Slight weight differences between the two walnuts (we disclose the weight)
Color difference.
Resolution
If you believe your item has a major defect, contact [Customerservice@walnutritual.com] within [48–72 hours] of delivery with clear photos/video.
If approved, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement (subject to availability)
Exchange
Refund (case-by-case)
