Important Note About Natural Products
Walnut pairs are natural and one-of-a-kind. Minor variations in color, grain, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

Eligibility (Regular Pairs)

We accept returns/exchanges for regular (non-blind-box) items under these conditions:

Request must be submitted within [7] days of delivery.

Items must be unused/unplayed, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging and inserts.

If the walnuts show signs of use (oils, color change, wear), the return may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Blind Boxes (see Blind Box Terms)

Clearance/Imperfect/Repaired items marked Final Sale (if you choose to offer these)

Gift cards (if applicable)

“Minor surface residue in grooves/crevices on new pairs (removable by brushing).”

Photos of the items and packaging

Reason for return/exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent) or a major defect not disclosed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within [3–10] business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless required by law or due to our error).
