A rare wild niche Lion Head strain named after its origin Ant Valley in Xinglong, Chengde, Hebei Province, with the original ancient mother tree still privately preserved. It naturally grows into medium-high peach-heart pile, topped with a compact umbrella-shaped tiny tip, featuring shoulders between square and sloped style, extra thick wide rims and fully rounded bulging belly for a snug palm fit.

Its signature trait lies in ant grain texture: sturdy main ribs interspersed with dense dotted fine secondary lines, resembling clusters of ants crawling across the shell surface. The bottom is flat with a raised coin-shaped navel also dubbed "pout lip vent", most specimens cannot stand upright steadily due to natural slight tilting.

Crafted with premium wax-oil cortex and ultra-high bone density, it carries noticeable weight and emits crisp metallic tapping sound. The fine oily skin oxidizes rapidly during daily brushing and rolling, curing into vivid pure ruby red patina without muddy dark discoloration, eventually forming translucent glass jade vitrification glaze.

It mostly yields small to medium sizes above 40mm are extremely scarce. Irregular natural growth leads to great difficulty in pairing symmetrical matched sets, limited grafted output keeps it a low-profile exclusive collectible favored by seasoned wenwan collectors pursuing distinctive vintage textures.
